Our Approach
Our NaturoMedica physicians use an integrative approach, merging evidence-based natural medicine with conventional healthcare. We use a variety of diagnostic tools including conventional lab testing and specialty lab testing to evaluate food allergies and sensitivities, hormone imbalances, cardiovascular health, nutritional deficiencies and functional assessment of the thyroid and adrenal glands. An initial visit at NaturoMedica lasts from 1½ - 2 hours, allowing ample time for your doctor to get to know you and to review each health concern. Return visits generally last for 30-60 minutes.

Treatment Recommendations
Therapies are aimed at treating the underlying cause of disease rather than just the symptoms. Treatment recommendations may include herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, diet and lifestyle modifications and standard prescription medications. NaturoMedica physicians are well versed in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) including bio-identical HRT.

NaturoMedica requires payment at the conclusion of your office visit. You will be provided with a coded superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement varies by insurance provider. General labs are usually ordered through PacLab, LabCorp or Qwest labs. These major lab facilities are in-network for most insurance companies and will bill your insurance directly.
