NaturoMedica was founded in 2007. The founding doctors met during naturopathic medical school and discovered that they shared a similar vision of what the future of healthcare should be. The NaturoMedica Clinic is the realization of their dream. Two of the original founding doctors, Naomi Bryant ND and Jill Monster ND, continue to practice at NaturoMedica today.
About our practice
The doctors believed that healthcare consumers were looking for highly personalized medicine that combined the best of natural and conventional healthcare in a warm and welcoming environment.
Research was showing that the average patient-doctor interaction time had fallen steadily to six minutes and that a patient was speaking an average of 18 seconds before a doctor interrupted.
The founders of NaturoMedica set out to create a unique medical model that was relationship based where patients could take a more participatory role in their healthcare. New patients typically spend at least an hour-and-a-half with their doctor, carefully reviewing health concerns. The doctors have a passion for treating each patient as an individual and focusing on the root cause of illness, rather than just treating symptoms.
Over the years, NaturoMedica has grown to include more physicians as increasingly more patients are looking for individualized holistic healthcare. In addition to Naturopathic primary care, the NaturoMedica clinic offers specialty services such as Intravenous (IV) Therapy, Acupuncture and Medical Esthetics.
