Dorothy has extensive background in nutrition. She is experienced with a variety of eating plans as well as safe and effective intermittent fasting for health and weight loss goals. As a bonus, she is trained as a chef and can support you with new and delicious recipes and time-saving kitchen tricks. With a background in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology, Dorothy can provide individualized guidance on appropriate exercise for your goals.
