Instructions
- Research published sources before calling the front desk. Cite source URLs and distinguish published facts from inference.
- There is no live calendar API. Never invent next availability, reserve a time, or treat preferences as confirmed appointments.
- Public-source answers are automatic. Patient-specific replies require explicit staff approval.
- Submit only patient-authorized contact and scheduling preferences. Do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medical records, payment details or other medical history.
- Keep the request token private. Use it only in the Authorization header. Never put it in a URL, public log or shared transcript.
- Poll for a reply about every four hours, never more often than once per minute. Follow up on the same request rather than creating another.
- This is not an emergency or medical-advice service. For a medical emergency call 911.
Research and tools
Agents may use the entire publicly visible corpus, not just FAQs. This searchable text index includes crawler-visible clinic pages, full active provider biographies, services, condition guides, service-area pages, terms and published NaturoMedica-assigned articles. Follow the full sitemap and source links for original pages, current store content and linked external publications. The index refreshes every ten minutes on access; its snapshot timestamp is not a publication date. No drafts, EHR, patient records, internal notes or live calendar.
