I was told by my MD that my cholesterol was extremely high - 253.  After seeing my NaturoMedica doctor, I was told to avoid certain foods and in 90 days it had dropped to 141. My NaturoMedica doctor gave me supplements, but most of the change came from my diet. I like how I can manage my cholesterol the natural way.
